Daniyal Collection - Return and Refund Policy (Customized Jewelry)

1. Return Policy:

• Customized Jewelry (e.g., name necklaces, personalized bracelets) cannot be returned or exchanged as these items are made according to your specific request.
• If the item is damaged or defective, we offer free return shipping and will provide a replacement.

2. Refund Policy:

• There is no refund available for customized items. However, if the product is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
• Refund processing may take 5-7 working days, depending on your payment method and bank.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized name jewelry and personalized items cannot be returned because they are made according to your specific request.
• Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

4. Exchange Policy:

• Customized jewelry is not exchangeable.
• If there is an issue, such as incorrect engraving or a defective product, we will provide a replacement.
